Workshop Description: Rev. Dr. Mary Hendrickson, ECC Director of Missional Vitality, will be leading a workshop for Covenant churches that may be considering moving from other church leadership models, including the Board and Council models, to the Leadership Team model. Details will be shared on how the leadership team model works and how it meets the criteria for congregational polity.

Rev. Dr. Mary Hendrickson has served as ECC Director of Missional Vitality for the last four years. She has also served as the ordained lead pastor for four churches in Washington state, Massachusetts and Florida. Mary’s theological training was completed at Fuller Seminary with her earning her Doctor of Ministry in 2013 with a focus on leadership training and discipleship. Under Mary’s leadership, the ECC Vitality Team has developed a robust suite of resources to help churches become and remain healthy and missional, focused on their communities and agile enough to be relevant in their contexts. Mary has three sons and two grandsons.
