Dr. Mary Hendrickson, ECC Director of Missional Vitality, will be leading a workshop for Covenant churches that may be considering moving from other church leadership models,\u00a0including the Board and Council models, to the Leadership Team model. Details will be shared on how the leadership team model works and how it meets the criteria for congregational polity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Space is limited so please make sure to register participants as soon as possible.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Rev.
