We are calling this the <strong>LEAD (Lay Leader Equipping and Developing) Initiative<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As a part of this initiative we are making available workshops and a toolbox with resources we hope are helpful to pastors and church leaders.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>LEAD Workshops<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nThese workshops are especially designed for local church lay leaders. They will be offered in several locations throughout the Central Conference in hopes that no one will have to travel too far to attend. There will be three different workshops offered in a three year time frame that will give guidance in what it means to be a healthy, missional leader, in a healthy missional church, and also orient lay leaders to the many resources available through our Central Conference office. <a href=\"https:\/\/centralconf.org\/lead-initiative\/lead-workshops\/\"><strong>Learn more<\/strong><\/a>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>LEAD Toolbox<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nThis \u201ctoolbox\u201d is designed to provide helpful resources to local church pastors and lay leaders.
