.Summer Staff Employment

Working on summer staff is spiritually and personally formative. Summer staff members gain resume-worthy professional skills, as well as experience deep Christian community and mission-focused leadership. Both Covenant Harbor and Covenant Point offer wage grants to support students who need a financial boost to work at camp. New Church Plants

For newly planted churches in the Central Conference of the Evangelical Covenant Church. Covenant Harbor and Covenant Point offer a one-time, free planning retreat for the church’s leadership team. Please contact Covenant Harbor at (262) 248-3600 or Covenant Point at (906) 265-2117 for details.

Pastors’ Renewal

Covenant Harbor and Covenant Point are places of rest and refreshment for ECC pastors. To learn how pastors can come to camp to recharge, please contact Covenant Harbor at (262) 248-3600 or Covenant Point at (906) 265-2117.

Adult Retreats

Both camps offer fall, winter and spring retreats for church youth groups, including junior and senior high students, as well as retreats for adults, including for women, men, silent retreat experiences, and mothers and daughters. Church Retreats and Group Rentals

Both camps welcome church groups from various denominations who want to plan and experience their own retreat at camp. Working with you, Covenant Harbor and Covenant Point ensure your program will meet your needs, your meals will be times of good food and warm fellowship and your accommodations will allow everyone to begin each day refreshed. Outdoor Education

Discounts and Financial Aid

No child should miss a camp experience due to lack of funds. Both Covenant Harbor and Covenant Point offer discounts on summer programs, as well as financial aid.

Each spring, Harbor Point Ministries invites volunteer Prayer Partners to pray for staff members at either camp during the summer. Prayer Partners are a wonderful encouragement to summer staff. To get your name on the summer 2023 list, please email bfredrickson@harborpointministries.org

Governance

Both camps are governed by the Harbor Point Ministries Board of Directors. Board members represent all the churches of the Central Conference. The churches gather for the Harbor Point Ministries Annual Meeting each spring in conjunction with the Central Conference Celebration/Annual Meeting.
