LEAD is a Central Conference initiative which focuses on Lay Leadership Equipping and Development. Through this initiative, we seek to train and equip leaders in local Covenant churches across our conference. There will be several components including:
- Workshops – These learning opportunities are being offered in several locations in the Central Conference so the most number of leaders can participate.
- Resources – a toolbox has been set up on the Central Conference website, which includes forms, documents and informational pieces that will assist leaders in their church roles. Learn more…
